Jason Bonham

Jason began providing 911 services as a firefighter and a paramedic in 1991, first graduating with honors from College of the Mainland’s Fire Specialist program and then completing the first-ever offered State of Texas Certified Fire Marshals program. In 1996, he joined Austin Travis County EMS (A/TCEMS), where he spent nine years in one of the country’s leading EMS agencies; during his tenure there, he served as a field-training officer, mentoring new employees during their six-month probationary period. Jason joined ESO Solutions in 2005.
Brad Cottrell

Brad has been in the EMS industry since 1990, when he began his career as an EMT in Ventura County, California. He earned his paramedic certification in 1995 in Portland, Oregon, and spent the next 10 years working in several EMS systems in various roles, including paramedic, field training officer, preceptor and associate supervisor. Since 2001, Brad has been involved in business development and sales management in various business platforms and was most recently responsible for the oversight and management of eight TxMAT teams with the State of Texas DSHS disaster response program. Brad joined ESO in summer 2010.
Roger Kiser

Roger has more than 30 years experience in the EMS field. He was certified in the second group of paramedics in 1979 in North Carolina and worked as a field paramedic in Guilford County, North Carolina, for 15 years. In 1994, he joined Moore Regional Hospital to help set up a Critical Care Transport team. In just seven years, they went from having two ambulances in one service to more than 50 ambulances in seven services. Roger was the Director of Hoke County EMS, one of these services. In 2001, he moved into sales, joining American LaFrance MedicMaster and then to Ferno-Washington as Regional Sales Manager. He joined ESO in January 2010.
Corey Ricketson

Corey worked for A/TCEMS for nine years, serving as a Special Operations Commander during his last four years there. His well-rounded education includes experience in the emergency department, flight arena, training division, and specialty rescue environment. He also possesses supervisory and strategic planning experience in a high volume municipal third city service. Corey joined ESO Solutions as its lead trainer in summer 2007 and has been a regional account manager for ESO since 2008.
