Brad Cottrell

Brad Cottrell has been in the EMS industry since 1990, when he began his career as an EMT in Ventura County, California. He earned his paramedic certification in 1995 in Portland, Oregon, and spent the next 10 years working in several EMS systems in various roles, including paramedic, field training officer, preceptor and associate supervisor. Since 2001, Brad has been involved in business development and sales management in various business platforms and was most recently responsible for the oversight and management of eight TxMAT teams with the State of Texas DSHS disaster response program. Brad joined ESO in summer 2010.

Roger Kiser

Roger Kiser has more than 30 years of experience in the EMS field. He was certified in the second group of paramedics in 1979 in North Carolina and worked as a field paramedic in Guilford County, North Carolina, for 15 years. In 1994, he joined Moore Regional Hospital to help set up a Critical Care Transport team. In just seven years, they went from having two ambulances in one service to more than 50 ambulances in seven services. Roger was the Director of Hoke County EMS, one of these services. In 2001, he moved into sales, joining American LaFrance MedicMaster and then Ferno-Washington, where he was a regional sales manager. He joined ESO in January 2010.

Frank Piraino

Frank has been in the volunteer fire service since 1980 and is currently a member of Liverpool Fire Department in Liverpool, New York. He has served in the fire industry in various capacities, including chief, haz-mat coordinator and fire advisory board member. Frank has held sales positions in the medical marketplace since 1994; his first was as an account manager at BoundTree Corporation. After leaving BoundTree, he served as a sales representative at GE/Marquette Medical Systems and then as a senior sales representative/district trainer at Medtronic/Physio-Control Corporation before joining ESO in fall 2011. He also has worked in new product development and earned numerous accolades for his consistent pursuit of excellence in the field of fire and EMS.

Corey Ricketson

Corey Ricketson worked for A/TCEMS for nine years, serving as a Special Operations Commander during his last four years there. His well-rounded education includes experience in emergency department, flight arena, training division and specialty rescue environments. He also possesses supervisory and strategic planning experience in a high volume municipal third city service. Corey joined ESO Solutions as its lead trainer in summer 2007, became a regional account manager for ESO in 2008 and has been a senior account manager since 2010.
