David Bulloch
David Bulloch came to ESO with more than 18 years experience in EMS in various capacities. He began his career as a volunteer firefighter, eventually became a EMT-I, working for hospital-based and private agencies, and finally held various positions in EMS administration. In his last role prior to joining ESO, he was the Communications Manager of the MetroCare – Abilene office. There, David led numerous CAD installations as well as several billing interfaces to their successful completion and was also responsible for the company’s network administration. David joined ESO in May 2010 to augment the ESO support team and manage new CAD and billing interfaces for the ESO customer base.
Billy Craft
Billy Craft, Implementation Specialist, manages new customer software implementations at ESO. Billy comes to us from Carrollton Fire Department, where he last served as Battalion Chief. He has been a paramedic since 1994 and has worked a full range of operational and administrative positions.
Erica Edgerly
Erica Edgerly, Client Services Administrator, has been with ESO since 2005. She spent several years in the ESO billing department, where she was the product manager of the billing software. During that time, she was responsible for the addition of new software features and functionality that enhanced usability and productivity among billers and end users. She now coordinates new customer software implementations.
Allison Honea
Allison Honea, Technical Support Analyst, has worked in technical and customer support since 2005. She has software and networking expertise for both Windows and Mac platforms. Her most recent position was with an Internet security firm, where she was responsible for assisting customers with software issues, testing new versions of the applications and researching possible security threats. She is ESO’s Tier 1 Support and is dedicated to helping our customers get the most out of their ePCR software.
Pat Piper
Pat Piper, Implementation Specialist, began working for ESO in fall 2008 and has been a certified paramedic since 1996. Prior to joining ESO, she held positions as EMS supervisor, clinical manager and education coordinator in various EMS agencies in Texas, including Montgomery County Hospital District. She now manages software implementations at ESO.
Jenna Wakeley
Jenna Wakeley, Customer Support Technician, has taught and supported computer hardware as well as software applications in several previous roles as technology support specialist, computer lab coordinator, and computer literacy trainer. She is ESO’s Tier II customer support representative.
