Chris Dillie, Chief Executive Officer

Chris was the co-founder of ESO and has been with the company since its 2004 inception, first as Vice President of Marketing and Sales and now as President and CEO, a position he has held since 2009. He brought 13 years of EMS experience and a solid business background to ESO, having served in roles ranging from EMS manager to founder of a real estate company that bought, sold and managed properties. Chris designed the first several versions of the ESO ePCR software, and his vision continues to be the driving force behind the development of new products to meet the changing demands of the healthcare market.

Elaine Gordon, Chief Financial Officer

Elaine joined ESO Solutions in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for financial operations, corporate controls, contracts management and human resources. Before joining ESO, she worked at Dell Inc. for 24 years directing global teams in both finance and IT. She served Dell most recently as Vice President of Corporate IT, with responsibility for the company’s finance, human resources, corporate communications and legal application development teams. Prior to her tenure in the Dell IT organization, Elaine held roles in the Dell finance organization in the fields of accounting, financial planning, management reporting and financial systems. She was certified by the Texas State Board of Public Accountants as a CPA in 1988.

Tim Nichol, Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations

Tim has extensive experience leading technology startup firms through significant periods of expansion and growth. During his more than 25 years of experience in the industry, he has managed a variety of functions, including software quality assurance, product development and software engineering. Most recently, he was Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Libre Digital, a web-based warehouse and distribution platform for book publishers, newspapers and periodicals that has since been acquired by RR Donnelley. Tim also has held senior management positions at Tivoli, IBM, Factory Logic and SAP. He is responsible for overseeing ESO’s Development and Client Services functions.

Richard Hale, Director of Development

Richard is an accomplished software development manager and architect with more than 12 years of diverse industry experience, including emphasis on enterprise relevant business intelligence and large scale highly transactional systems development. In his last position prior to joining ESO Solutions, he served as Director of Business Intelligence for Multimedia Games Inc., where he expanded the company’s product line to include geographically dispersed centrally managed electronic video lottery and back office casino systems. Richard’s primary role at ESO is to advance the company’s product development processes and to expand our product portfolio utilizing innovative techniques and cutting edge technologies.

Padmini Janakiraman, Director of Quality Assurance and Project Management

Padmini brings more than 15 years of software industry expertise and quality assurance leadership to the ESO team and is responsible for all quality assurance and project management aspects of ESO software engineering. She graduated from Texas State University with degrees in software engineering and mathematics. Padmini most recently served as a Software Quality Assurance Director with New York Life Insurance; prior to working at New York Life, she held several quality assurance and project management leadership roles at LibreDigital, SAP Labs, Vignette, i2 Technologies and Tivoli.

Jenny Smith, Director of Communications

Jenny has extensive background as an educator, writer/editor and manager. She spent her early professional career as an English and Spanish teacher at both the high school and college levels. During the next nine years, she managed MetroRent, a Silicon Valley rental and leasing service company, where she was responsible for transitioning the company from paper to web-based technology, growing the client base, training and managing the San Francisco customer service staff and improving the overall customer experience. Jenny’s last position at that company was Territory/Operations Manager, a role in which she was responsible for opening and overseeing three new offices in Berkeley, San Jose and Los Angeles. She joined ESO in 2007, first working as a project manager in the Client Services team and then moving into proposal writing and company communications, a position she has held since 2011.

Michael Sias, Contracts and Corporate Development

Michael has held a variety of positions in both business and the legal industry, including attorney, Corporate Counsel and Director of Business Development, analyst and marketing strategist. He completed his undergraduate studies at Duke University and then went on to earn M.B.A., J.D. and L.L.M. degrees. Prior to joining ESO, he worked for the Office of the Colorado State Attorney General, Savoy Holdings, Savvy Marketing Group, Camras Vision and Sias Law Offices. He is responsible for contracts and process improvement at ESO.
