Chris Dillie, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Dillie has 13 years of EMS operations experience, including holding the position of Commander for Austin EMS in Austin, Texas, where he led quality initiatives for 1,300 care providers. After joining ESO Solutions in 2004, he designed the ESO user interface based on his first-hand understanding of the EMS industry. By staying on top of current industry regulations, banking on his experience as a medic, and continuously encouraging feedback from ESO customers, he has been instrumental in the ongoing development of ESO Pro™. Mr. Dillie has been with the company since its 2004 inception.

Nancy Harris, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer at ESO Solutions, Ms. Harris provides executive leadership for the company and oversees a number of key functional areas including client services, marketing, and human resources. Ms. Harris has more than 25 years of experience working in various capacities and leadership roles in the software industry. She started her career at Accenture, a global management consulting company, working in world headquarters in a marketing capacity. She then spent eight years at BMC Software in a number of leadership roles overseeing product marketing, product management, development, quality assurance, and technical support. Since her time at BMC, Ms. Harris has pursued entrepreneurial ventures at various startup software companies and most recently was President and CEO of Asure Software, a publicly traded software company serving the workforce management market.

Dustin Barton, Director of Product Management, ePCR Products

Mr. Barton has 20 years of EMS experience, including an extensive background in data management and a degree in M.I.S. Prior to joining ESO Solutions, he served as Clinical Manager for Philips Medical Systems. He has also worked in EMS quality management and most recently was responsible for quality improvement in Montgomery County, Texas. One of Dustin’s primary roles at ESO Solutions has been to leverage his strong clinical expertise to lead our customer training and implementation team.

Tim Irelan, Director of Product Management, Fire Products

Mr. Irelan has more than 20 years of public safety and wireless experience, including an extensive background in public safety technology. After beginning his career with AT&T wireless working on government accounts, he went to Visionair to learn the public safety market as a sales executive and then to Aether Mobile Government to learn the wireless computing market. In has last position prior to joining ESO Solutions, Mr. Irelan worked at Tiburon Inc. for ten years as Senior Product Manager, where he built the company’s fire records and mobility platform for public safety. Mr. Irelan also holds a current Firefighter 1 and EMT certification and is a reserve Fire Fighter for Riverside County Fire Department.

Alex Solonenko, Vice President of Software Architecture

Mr. Solonenko received his doctorate in Chemical Physics from the University of Latvia. He has more than 12 years of enterprise software design and implementation experience, with an emphasis on object-oriented design, application architecture, and software development practices. Prior to joining ESO Solutions in 2007, he led the design and development of web-based multi-tier enterprise applications for Planview; these have been distributed to more than 2,000 customers globally. In addition, Mr. Solonenko has held a variety of research positions with the Russian Academy of Sciences and University of Sussex at Brighton.
