WAVE 2011 will offer EMS and Fire administrators, managers, billing agents and providers two information-packed days, a fun offsite party, and a chance to visit with colleagues and the ESO team in the Live Music Capital of the World.
Based on attendee feedback from last year’s WAVE event and ESO’s 2011 regional user groups, we have planned our agenda for WAVE 2011 to include more opportunities for product discussion and learning while continuing to provide you with valuable information about the industry’s latest trends. - Additional training on ESO’s Quality Management and Reporting modules and the ESO administrative console

- Refresher training for administrators on the ins-and-outs of the ESO system
