Thursday, December 15th, 2011ESO Pro Version 4.7 offers users several new features, including Mobile-to-Mobile Transfer, Autosync, a built-in keyboard and a User Extract Interface. The release also includes several list additions (medications, treatments, dispositions and data fields) and more custom validation options, plus enhancements to the user interface based on customer feedback.

ESO QuickSpeak Wins EMS World 2011 Top Innovation Award
Wednesday, October 19th, 2011ESO Solutions was presented a Top Innovator Award on October 16 at the New York State Vital Signs Conference in Syracuse. The award was one of only 20 presented to companies nationwide as recognition for launching or redeveloping the past year’s most innovative products.
ESO Solutions won the award for its ESO QuickSpeak language translation software. The only product of its kind on the market and designed specifically for use in the EMS industry, ESO QuickSpeak is a translation tool that enables EMS providers in the field to communicate with non-English speaking patients.
The award was announced by EMS World publisher Scott Cravens. Published continuously since 1972, EMS World is a print and online magazine considered to be an authoritative source for clinical and educational material designed to improve the delivery of prehospital emergency medical care. Tim Nichol Hired as ESO’s Senior VP of Technology and Operations
Friday, August 26th, 2011Tim Nichol, ESO’s new Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations, will be responsible for overseeing ESO’s Development and Client Services functions. He brings a wealth of experience leading technology startup firms through significant periods of expansion and growth, and has held senior management positions at Tivoli, IBM, Factory Logic, Libre Digital and SAP.
ESO Support Team is Growing
Tuesday, August 16th, 2011ESO has added an additional Tier I Support Representative to meet the needs of its growing customer base. Allison Honea, Technical Support Analyst, has worked in technical and customer support since 2005. She has software and networking expertise for both Windows and Mac platforms. Prior to joining ESO, her most recent position was with an Internet security firm, where she was responsible for assisting customers with software issues, testing new versions of the applications, and researching possible security threats. She is dedicated to helping ESO customers get the most out of their ePCR software.

ESO Pro V4.6 Released July 7, 2011
Friday, July 8th, 2011On July 7, ESO Solutions released ESO Pro V4.6. In response to customer requests, the release includes additional custom fields and validation options, specialty patient forms, and list items. In addition, ESO made improvements to Silverlight caching designed to increase the speed of the ESO Pro web application, as well as improvements to the speed with which users can move from one tab to the next in ESO Pro Mobile.
