ESO Pro™ Version 4.0 Features

Our updated software is a Microsoft Silverlight application that will provide a multimedia-rich user experience and will support multiple browsers, including Internet Explorer and Firefox. Other new features include:

Administrative

  • The ability to build in multiple agency-specific custom forms (e.g. PCS form, airway forms, etc.); these are then attached to the ePCR for later viewing/printing
  • Complete administrator-defined password management capabilities (password length, complexity, expiration, lockout policies, etc.), plus the ability to change passwords at the end user level
  • Agency-definable and customizable user roles
  • Customizable, agency-definable Treatments section
  • Improvements ot audit logging capabilities, delivering enhanced tracking capabilities for user actions within the application
  • Significant enhancements to the ESO validation engine that allows agencies to customize pre-defined validation rules
  • Greater agency-customization capabilities in the Specialty Patient section (the ability for agencies to turn specific Specialty Patient foms on and off to meet agency needs)
  • Ability to select specific pre-defined fields to be added or removed from the application
