Dustin Barton has an extensive background in data management and a degree in M.I.S. Prior to joining ESO Solutions, he served as Clinical Manager for Philips Medical Systems. He has also worked in EMS quality management: most recently, he was responsible for quality improvement in Montgomery County, Texas. One of Dustin’s primary roles at ESO Solutions has been to leverage his strong clinical expertise to lead our customer training and implementation team.

Lorrie Schoenecker, our Support and Implementation Specialist, is the newest member of our team. With a strong background in customer support and medical administration, Lorrie brings a unique and valuable skill set to our company. Prior to joining ESO, she worked as a Data Security Administrator at Guaranty Bank; she also has held positions as a Support Analyst, a Service Desk-Business Unit Analyst, and an Emergency Department Registrar. Lorrie will be one of the new voices answering your technical support calls to ESO.

Jenny Smith’s background is in education and small business management. Her various positions have equipped her with strong customer service, sales, and supervisory skills. Prior to joining ESO, Jenny spent nine years as the Territory Manager of MetroRent, a Silicon Valley-based Internet company. At ESO Solutions, she is a document writer and manages new customer implementations.
