CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
No refunds after October 15, 2011. There will be a 20% administrative fee if a refund is necessary.

Booth location will be provided by and at the discretion of ESO Solutions. We will consider any specific booth requests on a first-come-first-served basis.
