ESO is Pleased to Introduce Two New Members of the ESO Client Services Team.
Billy Craft
Billy has been a paramedic since 1994 and has worked a full range of operational and administrative positions, including EMS section chief, personnel section chief, departmental health and safety officer, wellness-fitness section chief, and on-shift battalion chief with the Carrollton Fire Department in Carrollton, Texas. His background includes 18 years in the fire service and five years in the U.S. Navy.
Billy holds an A.A.S. degree in fire science and received paramedic certification from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He is currently pursing a B.A. in Public Administration through West Texas A&M. In his free time, Billy enjoys listening to live music with his wife, Deidre, and spending time with their daughters, Olivia, 14, Vivian, 5, and Kelly, 2.
Erica Edgerly
During her three-year tenure with the ESO billing department, Erica oversaw staff training/development and coordinated billing software system enhancements. She also monitored claim quality and billing compliance through ongoing audits and served as the Privacy Officer related to PHI and HIPAA compliance. Recently, she moved to the Client Services team as one of our new support specialists. Erica is the proud mother of an 8-month-old boy, Hazen.
