ESO ePCR Suite integrates with a variety of EMS technologies, enabling you to import and disseminate data easily and securely.
Cardiac Monitor Interfaces
ESO Solutions offers seamless integration of data from popular cardiac monitors, including the import of all ECG and intervention data from your emergency calls. We currently interface with Physio-Control LIFEPAK® 12 and 15 defibrillator/monitors, ZOLL E and M Series® and Philips HeartStart.
Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD)
ESO’s Application Programming Interfaces (API) use Web Services, which allows us to pull third-party CAD data directly into the ESO system and attach it to a PCR, auto-populating any fields that pertain to the data received during the 911 call. We currently interface with more than 30 CAD systems, and virtually any interface is achievable.
Billing Integration
Whether you bill in-house or outsource to a third-party billing provider, ESO integrates with all of the popular EMS billing packages and works with billing service providers around the country. Because most redundant data entry is eliminated, billing cycles can be reduced dramatically.
State Data Extract
A state data extract is automatically included in the cost of your software package.
