ESO Pro™ ePCR Suite integrates with a variety of EMS technologies, allowing you to import and disseminate data easily and securely.
Heart Monitor Interfaces
ESO Solutions offers seamless integration of data from popular heart monitors, including the import of all ECG and intervention data from your emergency calls. We currently interface with Physio-Control LIFEPAK® 12 defibrillator/monitor, ZOLL M Series®, and Philips HeartStart.
Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD)
Our Application Programming Interfaces (API) use Web Services, which allows us to pull third-party CAD data directly into ESO Pro™ and attach it to a PCR, auto-populating any fields that pertain to the data received during the 911 call. We currently interface with all major CAD systems, and because our interfaces use the NEMSIS XML standard, any interface is easily achievable.
Billing Exports
ESO Pro™ interfaces with popular EMS billing packages, including Zoll’s RescueNet billing software and TriTech (Ortivus Sweet) Billing, as well as a number of custom billing software applications. Because most redundant data entry is eliminated, billing cycles can be reduced dramatically.
State Data Extract
A state data extract is automatically included in the cost of your software package. We have the capability to export data to any state.
Hospital Data Interface
ESO Pro™ ePCR Suite can easily interface with hospital data systems using open exchange standards.
